Patiala, 20 December 2023: Leading Healthcare Service provider and a proficient medical assistant, precisely reliable for handling emergency medical situations in Punjab, 108 Ambulance services today organized a First responder program at Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Binny Warehousing, Vill Mehtabgarh, Rajpura District Patiala. The primary objective of such a program is to make staff aware of handy medical first aid and guide them on how to cope with alike situations amid an emergency. The program was organized in the presence of Cluster Manager Avinash Ucharia, FRP Trainer Jaswinder Singh, and Godrej & Boyce Staff Members Pritpal Singh, Rahul Kapani, Jaspal Singh, and Bheem Singh.
The prevailing times are witnessed by a plethora of unforeseen events, for this reason, it has become a necessity to keep a regular check on our health and wellbeing. Considering this, Ziqitza scheduled the training where FRP Trainer Mr. Jaswinder Singh gave a clear explanation on how First Aid in emergency situations like CPR, Heart Attack, Bleeding, Fracture, Snake Bite, Fainting, Choking, Hypoglycemia, etc. must be provided to the patients. A practical demonstration was also shown to the staff for better understanding, wherein the team showed how emergency cases are well taken care of. Around 33 staff attend the Training Program.
Divulging details about the Program, Mr. Manish Batra, Project Head of Ziqitza Healthcare, said “Our main aim of organizing this event in Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Binny Warehousing was to enlighten the staff about the significance of First Aid. i.e how it helps minimize the seriousness of the injury if provided timely to patients.
In the contemporary world, it has become significant to be attentive to the role of First aid especially during medical emergencies. Therefore, we hope that our program comes as a helping hand because “The best and most efficient pharmacy is within our own system.” And I believe that it becomes an inner sense of happiness when an individual observes his help becoming life-saving for another. We will keep on organizing Such Programs for the betterment of Society.”
