CHANDIGARH: Plaksha University Mohali has announced the appointment of Dr. Ravi Jasuja as Indegene Chair for Digital Health. This is a collaborative initiative between Plaksha University and Indegene to introduce quality education in the health-tech space.
Indegene is a digital-first, life sciences commercialization company, with a clientele that includes 19 of the world’s top 20 biopharma organizations, and many midsize and emerging biopharma, biotech, and medical devices firms.
Dr. Jasuja also serves as Director of Translational Research and Discovery, Research Program in Men’s Health at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a world class academic medical center based in Boston, Massachusetts. Over the past two decades, he has made major contributions to science at the interface of engineering and biophysics. He will be Advisor for the Indegene Digital Health initiative with students at Plaksha, and help bring an independent, academic perspective to improve the healthcare ecosystem.
