During a press conference in Chandigarh, B Thiagarajan, Managing Director of Blue Star Limited, highlighted the company’s commitment to self-reliance and the ‘Make in India’ initiative. With the help of the Indian Government’s PLI scheme, Blue Star Climatech Limited’s state-of-the-art automated plant in Sri City is now operational. The Company intends to leverage the synergies between the plant and its operations to fuel growth in the room air conditioners segment, with a particular focus on Tier 2, 3, 4, and 5 markets, in addition to Tier 1. Blue Star will continue to invest in expanding its distribution footprint, enhancing R&D capabilities, and building its brand, all with the goal of introducing affordable, best-in-class room ACs.
