Ontologist & Founder of Shukrana Foundation Aashmeen Munjaal was a panelist and key speaker in a conference about INDIA: The Land of Free Religion and Culture, organized by SEAF. Following the panel discussion and keynote speeches, an International Harmony Awards awards ceremony took place. The event was held at Juniper Hall of India Habitat Center on Lodhi Road in New Delhi.
The conference was divided into two sessions. One dealt with the international perspective of the religious crisis in India and the other with the religious crisis in the world. Aashmeen was accompanied by Padma Vibhushan, Dr. Sonal Mansingh and Hon. Sonal Mansingh.
ThankYouIndia Campaign Launched
Aashmeen K.Munjaal, a well-known cosmetologist, has launched the #ThankYouIndia Campaign. She is an Ontologist and has beautified people for 25 years in India. Aashmeen and Indresh Kumar (Senior Leader, RSS) shared their positive, progressive views on India’s position as the most powerful country in the world with its strong philosophy and cultural heritage. The World’s perceptions of the Indian state of religions was also brought up. Aashmeen gave an example of a joint family and said that India is a large family. Different members may have different views, have misunderstandings and may have love & fight relationships like siblings. They may also laugh together and cry together. A Family is always a family. People outside India are often amazed by India’s Family culture or shocked at how many families remain together in this country. India, under the loving guidance and discipline of a family head, is a shining example of multi-religious multicultural family.
She added, “We are all grateful to our current leaders for allowing us to witness the Amrit Kala of INDIA.” The Golden Glory responded with a significant development in our nation.”
The second session focused on India’s freedom of religion and culture. The panelists discussed in detail India’s culture and diversity. Expats, UN diplomats, Select Diplomats and representatives from various social organizations were present to commemorate the event. International Harmony Awards were presented to those who contributed to the maintenance of harmony and peace in the country.
