BJP State President Arun Sood has said that General Bipin Rawat raised the morale of the army and nation and made all of us proud by staying there in whatever positions he holds in the army. General Bipin Rawat and other soldiers were died in a helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday due to which the party postponed the election campaign programs and a tribute ceremony was organized at the party headquarters.
Mayor Ravikant Sharma, BJP General Secretary Rambir Bhatti and Chandrashekhar, BJP spokesperson Kailash Jain and many leaders paid tribute to Gen Bipin Rawat in the tribute ceremony organized at the BJP Party Office at Sector 33. Meanwhile, party candidate Heera Negi from Ward No. 22, Jasmanpreet Singh from Ward No. 32, Sachin Lotia from Ward No. 24, Ravinder Rawat from Ward No. 27, Devesh Modgil from Ward No. 2, Anoop Gupta from Ward No. 11 and from Ward No. 30. Shakti devshali, paying tribute to General Bipin Rawat in his respective offices, observed two minutes silence and prayed for his spiritual peace.
