Hard to believe , but it is true that with some people hobbies are obsession and they can go to any extent to satisfy their penchant . Harbhajan singh Yogi , resident of Mohali near Chandigarh has cultivated a bizare habit of keeping a whistle in mouth . For the last fifteen years he has kept it in his mouth and never takes it out. Basically , he belongs to Shahpura, New Delhi ,but is staying in Mohali . He is working as a lathe Mechanic in local Auto Industry.
He began to whistle since he was ten years old . Now it has become the part and parcel of his life.
Whether it is the voice of a weeping child , hens fighting or barking dog. This seventh standard pass young man is adept in producing different notes and film songs tunes with the help of the whistle . He has presented some stage shows with famous singer of Bhetan (devotional song ) of Delhi , S .Amarjeet Singh Bijlee. He never takes out the whistle even if it causes injuries in his mouth and say will keep it in his mouth upto 20 years. He changes it only ,when it gets damaged . He always keeps 3-4 spare whistle with him.
He regrets the non cooperation of the media . Due to some bitter experience, he has written “Matlabi Duniya” behind his cycle. His ultimate aim is to get his name , registered in the “Limca Book” and “Guiness Book of Records”.
He is trying hard , lets wait and watch , while he whistles his way through life.
