Jalandhar Based Senior Journalist Tarlochan Singh(46) of Doaba Express News, succumbed to death following a cardiac arrest at Jalandhar. Tarlochan Singh who died in the prime of his life is survived by his wife and two children. Sweet natured Tarlochan Singh was very honest and hardworking Journalist.
