Lalru(Mohali)/Chandigarh, December 18, 2024 –
The existing player of the region, Highland Lifespaces, is launching the tricity’s 1st integrated project – Highland Industrial City(HIC) –a GMADA & Rera approved project that would unite the industrial, commercial and residential components into a cohesive whole within one contemporary hub.
Being positioned along the broadly accessible Chandigarh-Delhi National Highway (NH-44), the 100
acre HIC which is expected to rewrite the industrial and business infrastructure map of the region will give a boost to the government’s ‘Make in India’. It is envisaged to provide an environment conducive for Small & Medium Enterprises (SME’s) & micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME’s) to establish units and manufacture products under the ‘Make in India’ label.
At a project site there was a meet and greet event and while addressing the media, Harjinder Singh Rangi and Vishal Goyal, Directors at Highland Lifespaces shared the concept of HIC.

The campus will also have a temple to meet spiritual needs, dedicated Construction Support and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for sustainable operations, and proper Solid Waste Disposal systems.
Furthermore, Assistance & Support from the Punjab govt of approvals will be accessible to the investors. Various incentives are being provided to companies investing in Lalru to give a fillip to industry & economy.
