The song written by him was positively received by the music lovers.
During a special meeting at a music academy located in Phase XI Mohali , famous lyricist Pawan Chotian told that he originally hails from Chotian village in Sangrur district and is active in the field of music for the last two decades. Pawan Chotian, a diploma holder from the Poly Technic College of Lehra Gaga, was fond of songs and music since childhood.
In 2004, his first song Zindagi was recorded in the voice of singer Jatinder Jeet, which was liked by the audience. After this success, Pawan Chotian did not look back in life and a long list of songs went on adding to his name. Calm-tempered Pawan Chotian is rich in pen and gives preference to family issues and romantic songs related to life. Pawan Chotian reveals that over the years more than 100 songs written by him have been recorded in the voices of various singers, some of which are hit songs like Ghaint Sardar (Rupinder Handa), Modern Tappe (Satwinder Bitti), Aaunde- Aaunde (Gurbaksh Shaunki), Preet Kahani (Masha Ali), Tere Wali Sardarni (Satinder Satti), Teri Wait (Deepak Dhillon), Duniya (Anita Samra), Zameen Vs Muchh (Gulrez Akhtar), Nang Banda (Rakhi Hundal), Nishane (Chamkaur Khatra), Guzarishan (Joban Sandhu), Gedi Root (Palak Preet), Yaad (Manjeet Rupowalia), Sangrur Wale (Sukhwinder Sukhi), Mulak (Ali Brothers), Tumba Meri Jaan Kude (Sudesh Kumari) who were loved by the audience.
Talented lyricist Pawan Chotian is currently working with Punjab’s leading music company Speed Records and Zee Punjabi. He has also got offers to write songs for some films and web series. Pawan Chotian informed that his upcoming songs will be recorded in the voices of famous singers Sudesh Kumari, Gulrez Akhtar, Jasmin Akhtar and Saumya Singh.
