Mohali: Chetan Singh Jauramajra, Minister of Horticulture and Information and Public Relations, Punjab, conducted a surprise check at 7:30 a.m. at the Head Office of Director Horticulture, Punjab. Six officers/ employees were found absent. The Cabinet Minister asked the officers and employees to be punctual in the office.
The Horticulture Minister also reviewed various schemes of the department. He instructed the officials that the departmental schemes should be propagated and extended to the farmers as much as possible so that the farmers can avail the maximum benefit of the departmental schemes.
He said that no stone would be left unturned for the development of the state.
