Chandigarh, December 22, 2023: Team Monolith from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology (GCET) demonstrated remarkable innovation and problem-solving skills as they emerged victorious in the Smart India Hackathon-2023 held at Amity University.
For their exceptional performance, Team Monolith received a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh and a certificate of achievement. This triumph has sparked celebrations throughout Galgotias College and University, filling the air with joy and pride among students, faculty, and staff.
Composed of six talented students from different branches of GCET, Team Monolith, led by Yuvraj Singh, a third-year student from the AIML branch, showcased their exceptional abilities during the intense competition.
Dr. Narendra Kumar, the Dean of Incubation, provided invaluable guidance and mentorship to Team Monolith, fostering a collaborative and technically proficient approach. Their outstanding performance secured them the top spot in the problem-solving competition, further solidifying Galgotias College’s reputation as a center of innovation and talent.
