Bhageshwar Dham’s Shri Dhirendra Shastri has passionately endorsed the upcoming film “The Diary of West Bengal,” emphasising that his support is driven by devotion, not promotion. During a recent visit by the film’s team to Chhatarpur, Shastri Ji expressed his admiration for Jitendra Narayan Singh (formerly Waseem Rizvi), who converted to Hinduism and now goes by Jitendra Shukla.
Shastri Ji praised Rizvi’s bold stand against threats, declaring, “Full Sanatan Dharam is with Waseem Rizvi.” He urged Hindus from Bangladesh and West Bengal to face challenges courageously, highlighting the film’s powerful depiction of these struggles.
“This is not just a movie; it’s a mission,” Shastri Ji asserted, marking this as the first time he has endorsed a film so wholeheartedly. He praised the film for addressing critical issues such as the Rohingya crisis, love jihad, and violence against women, calling it an eye-opener for the nation.
“The Diary of West Bengal,” produced by Jitendra Narayan Singh and directed by Sanoj Mishra, is set to release on August 30, 2024. With a star-studded cast, the film is expected to spark significant conversation on communal tensions and the path to peace.
